AM Radio article gets picked up by artbistro

Hey hey,

So I wrote a little article about AM Radio for my personal blog (basically, I met with him and interviewed him for basically hours and then wasn't able to use all the info I got because I quit BiW, so I thought the least I could do is write something for my personal blog).

Artbistro.com, a site that has thousands of subscribers, sometimes "syndicates" things from my blog (with my enthusiastic permission!) and chose that article to be one of them. It's actually on the front page of the site and everything now.

I don't think you have to join to read the article. It's pretty breezy, but just meant to reach a non-SL audience.

I like AM Radio's SL art very much, his RL paintings are very appealing too. Although, I was disappointed to learn about his Heifer International involvement, but at least he isn't promoting McDonalds.

Comment by Amy Freelunch on July 13, 2008 at 11:11am: I would really like to, problem is that it is very long and seriously needs to be edited down. He says an awful lot of really interesting things (for instance, about the need for artists to have huge prim allocations or talking about how his corporate job has been really supportive of his SL art) but there's also a lot of editing that will have to happen (we do babble on quite a bit). Which is fine and all, it just means that it will take some doing to get it into reasonable shape.
